Why Did Jesus Speak to the People in Parables
How can one see, but do not see or hear and do not hear? Is it possible? Is this an oxymoron? According to Jesus, in the scripture below it is possible. We live in a world of illusion, deception and distraction whereas millions of souls have not rediscovered their authentic spiritual self. Therefore, these souls do not seek to partake in the manna from heaven or spiritual nutrition that is necessary for spiritual growth and development. They identify their being as the physical body without any acknowledgement of the spiritual body. For this reason they are malnourished and have eyes and do not see and ears and do not hear.
