Note from the author: Due to the response of the first article related to "Attracting a Soul Mate;" I was moved to write a follow up article that brings a higher vibration message to light!  Read Part One first.

Spring was in the air. The weather was absolutely beautiful, the sun was shining, the flowers and trees were blooming and the energy was high. It was love at first sight as they made contact and crossed each other's path. Their hearts pounded with joy as they knew that they had found their soul mate. They dated and eventually got married, however, as time passed, the fire went out and they decided to part and go their separate ways. Even though they parted ways, they knew that through all of the turbulence in their relationship, they were still soul mates and the lessons they learned from the experience was exactly what they needed to evolve spiritually.  

"A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life." [Proverbs 31:10-12 NIV] 

Most people believe that your soul mate is the one person that is ideally suited for you to make your marriage or relationship perfect. However, based on spiritual truth, we are all soul mates and we are here to grow in spiritual consciousness and evolve as spiritual beings. If you are in a relationship now, the person you are with is your soul mate. Therefore, everyone life sends to you for a relationship is your soul mate. The reason that person is at the same place at the same time for you to meet and attract into a relationship is to assist your soul in the spiritual growth and evolution process. You attracted each other for the purpose of learning the spiritual lessons that you need to learn to raise your vibrations or cleanse the soul of obstruction that’s lowering your vibrations or separating you from God. 

Realize that you are here for transformation, to discover your purpose and to heal, and your mate is with you to assist you in the healing the soul process. Either you are both together to assist one another in healing or one of you is with the other to assist them. That is the main reason that life brought you together. If you did not learn the lessons that were presented to you while in the relationship, you are defeating the purpose of being in this life school and stand the chance of being held back at a lower dimension of consciousness. 

If you are divorced, your soul mate relationship encounter was not enriching and fulfilling. Therefore, you decided to move on. You were not happy or growing together. Your issues and his or her issues together were too much to bear, even though you may not have been aware of your issues and may have blamed everything on your soul mate. Each soul mate relationship you encounter has lessons for you to learn about yourself that can help you identify and heal your issues that are keeping your energy low in that area and suppressing the spirit from blessing you optimally with a beautiful relationship. 

For example, you may have an issue with insecurity. Before you can enter into the 4^th and 5^th dimension of joy and happiness or bliss, this issue has to be healed. If your mate did not help bring you to the awareness of this issue, you would never let it go. Even though it may take you many years to let it go, you eventually surrender your ego and give it to God. 

Often times your soul mate may have put you through some rough emotional and physical times, but as unbelievable as it may seem, you learn more about yourself and the things that you need to heal to grow and get closer to God or higher spiritual consciousness. Therefore, you are more appreciative of life because the lessons healed you and made you a better person. Even though you and your soul mate may have gone your separate ways, you now realize the reason you attracted him or her into your life. In essence, you may say that the experience was a blessing in disguise. 

So, if you are looking for your soul mate, stop looking, because life is going to send you who and what you need to heal whatever you need healing. Right now, you may not be aware of some of your issues, but life has its way of teaching you and often times it is emotionally if not physically painful. 

Some soul mates are going to turn out to be your worst enemy and you are going to hate them because you have not grown to understand why you attracted that person. However, as you increase your spiritual awareness you will begin to see why and the hate and anger for that person will subside. You will realize that the hate and anger is lowering your energy, keeping you separated from God which lowers your body’s defense and immune system and causes illness. 

When you can begin to see the relationship from a spiritual perspective rather than from the ego or in the human eyes, you become healed, liberated and empowered. Your higher consciousness and awareness will attract soul mates that resonate at higher consciousness and your new relationship or marriage will be harmonious and bliss.
